Examination & Promotion

 There will be three terms in the year and an examination at the end of each term Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual.Besides there will be class tests and regular assessment which will also be taken into account in deciding promotion.

 For promotion to the next class a minimum of 40% marks in each subject is required.

 Absence in one or more subjects involves the loss of marks in those subjects and excludes the students from being reckoned in the order of merit in the examination and receiving any proficiency prize.

 No pupil will be admitted to any of the examinations unless the students has paid all school dues.

 Pupils absent from an examination for any reason are not re-examined. Those absent from an exam because of illness must produce a Medical Certificate.

 No student without minimum of 80% attendance will be allowed to appear for the final examination.

 Promotion at the end of the year is granted on the basis of the whole year's work, regular attendance and satisfactory performance.

 The principal is the final judge of student's fitness for promotion.

 A Student who uses any form of unfair means or receives or gives assistance during test or examination or tamper with the evaluated answer sheets in any way or alters marks in the report card or in the answer sheets will have his/her paper cancelled and repetition of the same will result in dismissal.

 A pupil who fails in several subjects through the year will have to leave the school. So too a pupil who fails a second time in the school.

 The results declared at the end of the year are final and will not be reconsidered.

 Answer papers of final examination will not be shown to students or parents.

 Show the school diaries, report cards and other informations from the school to the parents and get them signed by them whenever necessary.

 Students do not have permission to enter any class room other than their own.

 All letters and correspondence addressed to pupils are subject to the scrutiny of the Principal.

 All bicycles should be fully locked and kept at the cycle stand only.
